You can return any damaged or incorrect item for a refund, within 1 (one) week of receiving your original order. Chimichurri La Madrina must authorize all returns via the Support Email.

• Full Refund for Item will be offered: If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you’ll get a full refund for that item.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Before you return your product, you must email us: info@theaustralianfoodshop.com so we can provide you with return details.
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Free local delivery is available for orders within the 2230 zip code in NSW, Australia. Deliveries are made from 9 AM on business days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Domestic delivery: We offer $X flat rate shipping within Australia.

International delivery: We offer $X flat rate international delivery.
