Today I will introduce you to the different flavours of this versatile sauce that you can use to create a variety of delicious dishes. In this site I will present you with many recipes, all very simple (yes, I am far from chef) that you can copy exactly or use as a basis for your own dish. No matter which recipe you choose, they all have something in common that will make them unforgettable: the flavourful touch of Chimichurri La Madrina.

El Tradicional

The original, delicious South American sauce, perfect for marinades and to add to grilled and roasted meats, poultry, fish and vegetables. Very versatile, you can use it in all your dishes, from breakfast to dinner.

Dulce

Perfect blend of herbs, honey and soy, it will bring a bit of Tango to your stir fry, fried rice, and Asian BBQ. You very own Asian/South American fusion helper at home.

Picante

The original chimichurri with a kick. No need for added tabasco, this delicious sauce has the right spiciness to make you hot.

Mayo

Is it aioli? Is it a cream? No, it is Chimichurri Mayo. You can use it as a dip for your pretzels, as a spread for your crackers and subs, and even accompanying the Argie version of the good ol' fish 'n chips.

No Coriander, Por Favor

Coriander... you either love it or hate it. No problema. The best chimichurri now without the controversial herb just for you.

Limón

No more boring fish or chicken with this chimichurri. The tanginess of the lemon combined with the fresh earthy tones of herbs, will make your next recipe something out of this world.
